1. Keep all as it is, kick people from qualify once they are qualified.

3. Adding ranking to the qualify, so we have a ranked qualify - shuffle and teamleague only hosting over !clangame

4. Like option 3 but with a modified formular for the ranking-qualify to get less points in "proteam" vs "noobteam"
