Dear customers,

if you sign up for the "party" you got the limited right to play at that tournament with the same name. You can of course be removed from the tournament if the jury decides that. By joining the party you agree to pay the fee written in the tourney description. Without paying the fee or when you violate the rules of the tournament ("pirate codex") the jury or any approved admin is allowed to remove you from the tourney. The fee you pay ia a donation to finance the prices and the server of this tournament. Organizers of the tourney have no way to participate in it. Decisions of the jury are to be followed.

• §1 Payment
  
  Before you pay you have no right to play on the tournament. After having payed you have the right to play on the tournament.
  
  
• §2 Under 18 years old players
  
  If you are under 18 you maybe need an approvement from your parents to sign the contract. By signing the contract you declare that you are allowed to participate, e.g. by your parents. Only join this if you are allowed to play in the tournament and have the time please.
  
  
• §3 Canceling of the tourney
  
  The creators of the tournament reserve the right to cancel the tournament at any time. You have the right to step back from the tourney. The tournament will only start if at last 4 teams have registered. It is possible that the beginning of the tourney must be delayed. In that case your payment will be used for the next date when the tourney can start.
